As Wendy likes to say, she is "Cyr"ious about your real estate! She has been selling real estate in the Valley of the Sun since 1986 and gets the vast majority of her business from referrals. Having lived most of her life outside of the United States, she moved to Arizona in 1983 and has loved it from the beginning. Arizona is the best place on earth to work and to play, she says enthusiastically.

Her clients have given her the greatest compliment of all by returning to her time and again with referrals and their own business. She pays attention to their needs and listens to what their goals are. One recent client told his wife that he thought (after showing them houses on a couple of occasions) that he thought she could probably find the house without them…and then just let them know when she did, so they could buy it. It's not quite that easy, she says, but she does get a feel for the clients' goals after seeing homes with them and viewing the homes through their eyes. Once you know what they want, the Phoenix area has a lot to offer and I can usually find it for them because I am familiar with most of the homes & home builders that are available here.

My philosophy is that people appreciate being taken seriously and it is my business to help them get where they are going….whether it is to sell or it is to buy a home. Since the investment is a considerable one and there are lots of steps to the process, I am there to ensure that the client is aware of the pros and cons of each of their decisions.
